As our school continues to grow, and as the children who started with us continue to grow up, we have also continued to listen to what the children need.

We are outgrowing our space here on Stone Street. As the children grow older and taller, they also are growing in ways that are asking for more time in the garden and more space in which to do purposeful work.

We are looking for a location that could host a homesteading impulse, with connection to the land, the animals, the food and flowers, the forest and water, the structures; land that can host the children and that the children can care for.

The youngest children need to have a bit more space to feel themselves getting to be young and to have spaces to imagine and dream play.

After the nine year change, the children begin to be ready to meet the world in practical ways, and have in them a longing to feel that what they are doing is meaningful.

The children making their way into adolescence meet new challenges inwardly, and need to find themselves connected to each day and what that day brings. Having animals to work with each day, also supports the changes they are facing within.

They also need a larger eurythmy space. Their bodies continue to grow  and they need more space around them to move in this essential practice.

In the fall of 2028, we anticipate adding a high school component to our school and farm, which will support the teenagers in a health-giving, nourishing way.

Please know we still plan to have a small school; a community that fosters connection between the families.  We welcome your thoughts and ideas and an "ear to the ground " if you hear of the right space.

If you have an inclination to help our impulse grow, please donate here.
